It is a extremely wild environment called “el impenetrable”, what assures a high quality of totally natural honey, without any possibility of polluting. THE PARANA ISLANDS / delta
Location: Department of Victoria, Entre Rios province. The 40 kms wide of islands and lakes, guarantee the natural and organic quality, resulting in a production of excellent honey since the zone where the beehives are emplaced, the honeycombs obtain the nectar and pollen from an aquatic specie, Caa Tay, of a particularly rare quality that reflects on the production, because the honey itself has a unique flavor as well as high levels of fructose. This qualities make it crystallize at temperatures much lower than ordinary honey, plus an HMF life (that is a degree in the Shelf Life scale or level of degradation of the product).
